Exchange Policy

At Feyha, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — please read below to understand how our exchange process works.

1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All purchases are eligible for exchange only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the date you received your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility Conditions

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt

If any of these conditions are not met, an exchange will not be possible.

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

5. One Exchange Per Order

Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Once an item has been exchanged, no further claims can be made against the same order number.

6. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Please share your order number, reason for exchange, and photos of the item.

7. Exchange Process by City

Karachi:

After your exchange request is approved, the exchange will be arranged on the spot with a redelivery charge of ₨250.

All Other Cities:

Customers are required to send the item back at their own expense. Once verified, the exchanged order will be dispatched with a redelivery charge of ₨250.

8. Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

9. International Orders

We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.

10. Wear & Tear

Feyha is not responsible for any wear, tear, or breakage caused through usage. We do not offer any warranty on our shoes.
